For many. many years folks have been instructing a particular young woman to start up a blog in which she should write about all of her crazy creative projects. At last, she has begun! Where to start?
Greetings, my name is Amy, and I'm an author, game design student and film enthusiast with many things to say and much creative maddness to show and discuss. I intend for this blog to host my 'sophisticated ramblings' as well as to use it to share and gain feedback on various creative works!
Currently I'm exploring interactive fiction, short stories, novels and novellas, and game design in general the most, so excpect so see a lot of that.
And a lot of random.
About me? Well, in my spare time I research history, collect names and play video games. I like my late nights with my books and torches, the sound of pages turning, the old book smell, the new book smell, the plastic chemical-ish smell that comes upon the opening of a new game. Thedas is my favourite fictional world, the Dragon Age series being my favourite games of all time. Expect a bit of Dragon Age. I'm also a huge Tolkien fan, or rather a huge 'what Peter Jackson did with Tolkien fan.' Among many other fandoms...
Mostly I write fantasy and science fiction. And I really don't bite, feel free to ask me a question if you wish. Feedback would be lovely, also!
